Description

Creamy slow cooker spinach dip made from scratch with cheese, garlic, and optional artichokes. Perfect for parties and game day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 28 oz canned artichokes, drained and chopped

Instructions

  1. Drain spinach thoroughly using a towel
  2. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker
  3. Stir gently to combine
  4. Cover and cook on high 2.5 to 3 hours or low 4 hours
  5. Stir occasionally until hot and creamy
  6. Serve warm

Notes

  1. Drain spinach very well to avoid watery dip
  2. Stir occasionally for even melting
  3. Serve directly from slow cooker on warm
