Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is a creamy, fluffy no-bake dessert appetizer made with cream cheese, whipped cream, vanilla, and a sweet strawberry jam swirl. Serve it with graham crackers, pretzels, fruit, or vanilla wafers for an easy party treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • Graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, or apple slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. Add softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Add heavy cream to a separate bowl. Whip with a hand mixer or whisk attachment for 2 to 3 minutes, or until medium peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula until fully combined.
  4. Spread the cheesecake dip into a wide, shallow serving bowl.
  5. Spoon strawberry jam over the top, then use a butter knife to swirl the jam into the dip.
  6. Serve immediately with graham crackers, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  1. For a shortcut, replace the heavy cream with 1 cup prepared whipped topping.
  2. Strawberry jam can be replaced with strawberry ice cream topping, homemade strawberry sauce, raspberry jam, peach jam, or blackberry jam.
  3. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, vanilla wafers, shortbread cookies, or fresh strawberries.
  4. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
  5. Do not freeze this dip, because the dairy mixture can separate after thawing.
