Description

Stuffed chicken breasts baked with a creamy broccoli and cheese filling for a satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt, black pepper, and paprika
  • 14 ounces broccoli florets, blanched and finely chopped
  • 5 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 5 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley or dill, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish
  2. Slice chicken breasts to create pockets
  3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika
  4. Mix broccoli, cheeses, egg yolk, seasoning, and herbs
  5. Fill chicken breasts and secure if needed
  6. Arrange in baking dish
  7. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F
  8. Rest before serving

Notes

  1. Cheddar or Monterey Jack can replace mozzarella
  2. Broil briefly for extra browning
