- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- 4 cups powdered sugar, divided
- 1 1/4 cups lemon-lime soda
- 1 1/4 cups orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse and drain the cranberries, discarding any damaged berries.
- Simmer the lemon-lime soda and orange juice together over medium heat.
- Add cranberries and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until glossy.
- Transfer cranberries to the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
- While warm, toss cranberries with powdered sugar until coated.
- Let dry, then toss with remaining sugar for a thicker coating.
