Description

Fresh summer fruit salad made with peaches, blackberries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, basil, honey, and lime juice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large ripe yellow peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate
  • 6 large basil leaves, cut into ribbons
  • 12 teaspoons honey
  • Juice from 1/2 lime

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit.
  2. Slice peaches and cut basil into ribbons.
  3. Add peaches, blackberries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, and basil to a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle honey and lime juice over the fruit.
  5. Gently toss until evenly coated.
  6. Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes

  1. Add basil just before serving if making ahead.
  2. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-4 days.
  3. Use ripe but firm peaches for best texture.
