Description

Creamy taco pinwheels filled with cheese, chilies, and olives make an easy party appetizer or quick snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped black olives drained
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack or cheddar cheese
  • 1012 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth
  2. Mix in sour cream and taco seasoning until combined
  3. Add diced green chilies, olives, and shredded cheese and mix well
  4. Spread evenly over tortillas leaving a small border
  5. Roll tortillas tightly into logs
  6. Wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
  7. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve

Notes

  1. Add jalapeños, tomatoes, or cilantro for extra flavor
  2. Use different cheeses or flavored tortillas for variety
