Elegant tea party platter featuring cucumber sandwiches, chicken salad sandwiches, ham and cheese bites, fruit, cheese, and scones.


Ingredients

  • 12 slices soft white bread
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 cucumber
  • 8 ounces sliced ham
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
  • 12 strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 mini scones
  • 12 grapes
  • 6 ounces cheese cubes
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese and dill.
  2. Prepare chicken salad with chicken, mayonnaise, and cranberries.
  3. Slice cucumber and strawberries.
  4. Make cucumber sandwiches.
  5. Make chicken salad sandwiches.
  6. Make ham and cheese sandwiches.
  7. Trim crusts and cut sandwiches into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Arrange sandwiches with fruit, cheese cubes, and scones on a serving tray.
  9. Drizzle honey over strawberries.
  10. Serve immediately.
