Description
Crispy baked tortillas filled with smooth cheesecake filling and coated in cinnamon sugar. Serve warm with strawberries, whipped cream, chocolate, or caramel sauce.

- 2 blocks (8 ounces each) cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 7–8 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and creamy
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds
- Spread about 1/3 cup cheesecake filling on one end of each tortilla and roll tightly leaving ends open
- Melt butter in a shallow bowl
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in another bowl
- Roll each taquito in melted butter then coat with cinnamon sugar
- Place on a greased baking sheet
- Bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes until golden
- Rest 5 minutes before serving
- Serve with strawberries, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or caramel
Notes
- Softened cream cheese prevents lumps in the filling
- Do not overfill tortillas to avoid leaking
- Serve warm for best flavor
