8 oz cream cheese (softened)

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)

2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (grated)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Optional:

1/4 cup diced jalapeños

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 tsp hot sauce

1/4 cup crumbled bacon

1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.

Grate the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar, Monterey Jack, and mayonnaise. Use a spoon or hand mixer to blend until smooth.

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

If desired, add jalapeños, green onions, hot sauce, bacon, or smoked paprika. Stir gently.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes, until bubbly. Alternatively, microwave for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
