- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Brownie Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined.
- Bake the Brownies: Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool completely.
- Layer the Strawberries: Arrange sliced strawberries evenly over the cooled brownies.
- Make the Ganache: Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until steaming (do not boil). Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
- Assemble & Chill: Pour ganache over the strawberries, spreading evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
