These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are golden, buttery, and bursting with gooey cheese in every bite! Made with refrigerated biscuit dough, stuffed with melty cheese, and coated in garlic butter, they are the perfect appetizer, side dish, or snack for any occasion.

For the Cheese Bombs:
- 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
- 8 mozzarella cheese cubes (or cheddar cheese, about 1-inch pieces)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
For Garnish (Optional):
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Extra Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cheese Bombs
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Open the Pillsbury biscuit can and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
- Place one cheese cube in the center of each biscuit round.
- Carefully fold the edges over the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place the sealed side down on the baking sheet.
Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of each biscuit ball.
Step 3: Bake the Cheese Bombs
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and immediately brush with any remaining garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy!
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with marinara sauce, ranch, or garlic butter for dipping!
