These Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones are a fun and delicious twist on traditional cheesecake, featuring a crispy waffle cone filled with creamy cheesecake filling, topped with a sweet strawberry crunch crumble, and drizzled with white chocolate. A perfect handheld dessert for any occasion!
Ingredients
For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

20 Golden Oreos, crushed

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
For Assembly:

6–8 waffle cones

½ cup white chocolate, melted

Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Prepare the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

In a bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter.

Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes. Let cool.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:

Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Gently fold in the chopped fresh strawberries.

Assemble the Cones:

Dip the rims of the waffle cones in melted white chocolate, then roll in the strawberry crunch topping. Let set.

Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into each cone.

For a no-bake version, skip the baking step for the crunch topping.
