Description

This Pull Apart Pizza Bread is a fun, cheesy, and flavorful snack perfect for parties, game nights, or a quick family treat! Made with biscuit dough or pizza dough, loaded with gooey cheese, pepperoni, and Italian herbs, this pull-apart bread is baked until golden and served with marinara for dipping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices (or chopped regular pepperoni)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan or 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Cut the dough into small 1-inch pieces. If using biscuits, quarter them.
  • In a large bowl, combine the dough pieces with mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Toss until well coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes, then flip onto a serving plate if using a bundt pan.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Add cooked sausage, mushrooms, or olives for extra flavor.
  • For a crispier texture, bake in a cast-iron skillet.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for the best results.
