Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons relish

  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 12 ounces canned chunk tuna, drained
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni until just tender, then drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and relish until smooth.
  3. Add pasta, celery, and peas and toss until evenly coated.

Notes

  1. Chilling the salad improves flavor.
