Description

Ultimate Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta is a creamy, cheesy fusion of two comfort food classics: a juicy cheeseburger and a rich Alfredo pasta. Juicy ground beef, smoky bacon, tangy dill pickles, and gooey cheddar come together with tender pasta in a silky Alfredo sauce for a 30-minute meal that’s hearty, playful, and perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (85/15 preferred)

  • 8 oz (225 g) pasta (elbow, penne, rotini, or shells)

  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil

  • 1 tsp (2 g) onion powder

  • 1 tsp (2 g) garlic powder

  • ½ tsp (1 g) smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1½ cups (360 ml) Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)

  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup (50 g) shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • ⅓ cup (50 g) diced dill pickles

  • Optional toppings: chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  • Brown the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add ground beef. Cook 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned. Drain excess grease.

  • Season: Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over beef. Stir to combine.

  • Make It Creamy: Lower the heat. Stir in Alfredo sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

  • Combine: Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella until melted and creamy.

  • Finish & Serve: Top with crumbled bacon and diced dill pickles. Add optional tomatoes or lettuce. Scoop into bowls and serve warm.

Notes

Use penne or rotini for the best sauce hold.

Ground chicken or turkey works well with extra seasoning.

Bacon adds smokiness, but can be skipped or replaced with turkey bacon.

Dill pickles add essential tang—don’t skip them!

To reheat, add a splash of milk or cream to keep the sauce smooth.
