- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a food processor or blender.
- Add the salt, sugar, black pepper, chili pepper, coriander, and paprika.
- Pulse until the garlic is finely minced and the spices are evenly mixed.
- With the processor running, slowly pour in the vegetable oil.
- Blend until a thick, uniform paste forms.
- Transfer to a clean glass jar, seal, and refrigerate for at least 12 hours before using.
