Description

Creamy layered Valentine fudge made with white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and festive sprinkles.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • Red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Valentine sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt half the white chocolate chips with half the condensed milk and salt in 20-second intervals.
  3. Stir in half the vanilla and red food coloring.
  4. Spread into pan and cool 30 minutes.
  5. Melt remaining chocolate with remaining milk and salt.
  6. Stir in remaining vanilla.
  7. Spread over pink layer and add sprinkles.
  8. Chill until firm and cut into squares.

Notes

  1. Do not overheat the chocolate.
  2. Allow layers to cool for clean separation.
