Description

A festive Valentine Snack Mix made with white chocolate, crunchy cereal, cookies, pretzels, and colorful candies for an easy sweet salty treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup Honey toasted oat cereal
  • 5 oz white fudge covered pretzels
  • 7.6 oz mini white chocolate Kit Kats
  • 1 cup Circus Animal cookies
  • 1/2 cup Cupid Mix M&M’s
  • 1/2 cup FaveREDS mini Starbursts
  • 1/2 cup FaveREDS Starburst jelly beans
  • 1/4 cup Valentine sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips in a large bowl, stirring often until smooth.
  3. Add Rice Chex and oat cereal to the melted chocolate and stir to coat.
  4. Mix in half of the sprinkles.
  5. Spread coated cereal onto the baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. Top with remaining sprinkles and let set for 10 minutes.
  7. Break cereal into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Add remaining candies, cookies, and pretzels and mix gently.

Notes

  1. Substitute Corn Chex or Cheerios if desired.
  2. Use almond bark instead of white chocolate chips if preferred.
  3. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 to 4 days.
