Description

A refreshing watermelon fruit salad made with blueberries, strawberries, honey, lime juice, and fresh mint.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved or quartered
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit.
  2. Place watermelon, blueberries, and strawberries into a large bowl.
  3. Whisk honey, lime juice, and mint in a small bowl.
  4. Pour dressing over the fruit.
  5. Gently toss until evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with extra mint and serve immediately or chilled.
