Description

Easy homemade fruit leather made with fruit, sugar, and lemon juice. Budget-friendly and perfect for snacking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fruit, chopped
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°F
  2. Blend fruit, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth
  3. Simmer mixture 35–45 minutes until thickened
  4. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Spread mixture evenly
  6. Bake 3 to 3½ hours
  7. Cool completely
  8. Dry additional 20 minutes if needed
  9. Cut into strips and roll
  10. Store refrigerated
