- 2 large flour tortillas

- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 slices American cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp pickles, sliced
For the Big Mac Special Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Make the Special Sauce:
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth. Set aside.
Prepare the Beef Patties:
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the beef into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and browned on both sides.
- Place 1 slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous amount of special sauce in the center of each tortilla.
