Ingredients

Scale

For the Big Mac Wrap:

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 tbsp pickles, sliced

For the Big Mac Special Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

Make the Special Sauce:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth. Set aside.

Prepare the Beef Patties:

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the beef into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and browned on both sides.
  4. Place 1 slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Assemble the Wraps:

  1. Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a generous amount of special sauce in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Add a layer of shredded lettuce, followed by 1 beef patty with melted cheese, then top with onions, tomato slices, and pickles.
  4. Drizzle with more special sauce and then fold in the sides of the tortilla. Roll it tightly into a wrap.

Serve & Enjoy:

  1. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately with extra special sauce for dipping.
