Description

A festive, no-bake fall snack board filled with pumpkin treats, caramel corn, yogurt pretzels, and seasonal cookies. This Kentucky Derby Dip Board is the ultimate mix of flavors and textures, perfect for Halloween parties, cozy nights, or autumn gatherings. Easy to assemble, kid-friendly, and endlessly customizable.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 frosted sugar cookies (about 75 g)

  • 1 cup pumpkin yogurt-covered pretzels (100 g)

  • 1 cup caramel corn (80 g)

  • 6 pumpkin sandwich cookies (120 g)

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin wafer cookies (70 g)

  • 1/2 cup candy corn (100 g)

  • 6 wafer rolls (90 g)

  • 5 pumpkin-shaped mini chocolates (60 g)

  • 6 autumn leaf-shaped sandwich cookies (120 g)

  • 1 small ceramic Halloween pumpkin (for candy corn)

  • 2 mini pumpkins (for decoration)

  • Serving board & small bowls for styling

Instructions

  • Mentally divide your board into four corners for balance.

  • Upper Left Corner: Arrange sugar cookies diagonally. Add caramel corn next to them. Line the top edge with yogurt pretzels. Tuck in 3 leaf cookies below.

  • Upper Right Corner: Place a mini pumpkin in the corner. Surround with pumpkin sandwich cookies. Add pumpkin wafer cookies and more pretzels below.

  • Lower Left Corner: Fill the ceramic pumpkin with candy corn. Place it here. Add wafer rolls to the right. Scatter pretzels and caramel corn above.

  • Lower Right Corner: Place 3 leaf cookies on the edge. Add caramel corn to the left, the rest of the pumpkin cookies, and finish with pumpkin-shaped chocolates.

Notes

Layer items instead of stacking to make the board look fuller.

Use small bowls for loose items like candy corn.

Spread out colors (orange, brown, white) evenly for visual appeal.

Customize with Halloween candies, dried fruit, or themed treats.
